OUR APPROACH

At Changing Paces, we are proud to offer a different style of therapy. We provide one on one sessions with a licensed therapist, providing in depth exercise and manual therapy based physical therapy to our patients. Utilizing Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Therapy, and Visceral Manipulation, we believe in a gentle, holistic approach that brings balance to the entire body, addressing root causes, and treating “head to toe” to bring lasting change . We find this is the most comprehensive way to increase overall wellbeing and performance, decrease pain and dysfunction, and promote true healing.

Changing Paces was founded on the belief that many sources of pain and dysfunction are caused by imbalances and restrictions throughout the body that impede true healing. Symptom chasing can often lead to the frustration of minimal improvement or results that do not last. At Changing Paces, we believe that restoring structural balance, stability, and function can help facilitate your body to do what it knows how to do naturally… Heal! If you are stuck in a pattern of pain or dysfunction and traditional therapy and medications seem to be providing little to no relief, come see us!
